Biography[]

1994 Quidditch World Cup[]

Peasegood was one of the Ministry officials stationed at Mr. Roberts' campsite during the final of the four-hundred and twenty-second Quidditch World Cup, in 1994.[1]

Chipping Clodbury riot[]

Peasegood was present during the infamous Chipping Clodbury Riot, in 1999. During the riot, he managed to arrest three Goblins and suffered a minor attack of boils.[2]

Etymology[]

The name "Arnold" comes from a Germanic name meaning "eagle power", derived from the elements arn "eagle" and wald "power". It was brought by the Normans to England, where it replaced the Old English cognate Earnweald. It died out as an English name after the Middle Ages, but it was revived in the 19th century.
