Ehwaz is a magical rune meaning "partnership" that comes up in the Study of Ancient Runes O.W.L.. During the 1995–1996 school year, Hermione Granger confused it with "eihwaz," another rune which meant "defence."[1] Regardless, she still passed with an Outstanding.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
