The London Borough of Islington is a London borough in Inner London. It was formed in 1965 by merging the former metropolitan boroughs of Islington and Finsbury.
In 1993, while Harry Potter was a passenger escaping from Little Whinging, the Knight Bus passed between two Muggle double-decker buses, one of which was en route to Islington.[1]
Grimmauld Place is a street located on this borough.[2]
