The Obliviator Headquarters is a division of the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes, part of the Ministry of Magic located on Level 3 of the Ministry Headquarters in London. The Obliviator Headquarters is the main office for Obliviators, wizards who have the task of modifying the memory of a Muggle after witnessing incidents caused by magic.

Members of the Obliviator Headquarters are employed to modify the memories of Muggles who have, either unintentionally or otherwise, witnessed magic, the existence of the wizarding world, and magical beasts, beings and spirits. They do so by using the Memory Charm, Obliviate. In this capacity, Obiviators are essential when it comes to maintaining the International Statute of Secrecy. Some, but not all, Obliviators are also part of the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad.
