Rebecca was a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the 1990s. In 1992, the same year the Chamber of Secrets was opened, she became a member of the Duelling Club and was ranked nine on the Club's top-ten duellists list. [1]
Etymology[]
The name "Rebecca" comes from the Hebrew name רִבְקָה (Rivqah), possibly meaning "a snare" in Hebrew, or perhaps derived from an Aramaic name.
