Robert Hardy (born Timothy Sydney Robert Hardy on 29 October, 1925 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England, United Kingdom) is a British actor who portrayed Cornelius Oswald Fudge in the Harry Potter films. In real life, he is an expert archer with the impressive longbow. He is the oldest member of the films' cast still alive, as Eric Sykes, the man who portrayed Frank Bryce, died on 4 July, 2012.
