This man was a wizard and a Magical Maintenance Department worker at the Ministry of Magic in the late-1990s. On the morning of 2 September, 1997, this wizard greeted "Reginald Cattermole" and complained of the workers' entrance to the Ministry, without knowing he was actually talking to Ronald Weasley in disguise.[2]
